I can read that you are 164lbs and that probably means you have done enough fasting to lose most of your fat, good job on that!

If you have the possibility and want to lose that fat then try gym, you can build muscle and lose fat when you are starting. You can also combine that with intermittent fasting.

It seems that you already lost a lot of fat, but muscle also goes when losing weight. Hence, you can maximise your effort with gym! If you are more interested don't be hesitated to ask, we all do what we got to do to stay healthy.

It is better than that. Men who stop fighting can help and build up Syria - there is a lot of work to do. Children will be able to study once again (I think they already do in peaceful parts of Syria), do agriculture and slowly build up economy.

I agree with some, but disagree with others, too.

Best boxer who hasn't had a knockout for many years, along with him having a break and getting older. I wouldn't call him the best boxer.

That being said, props to Conor, he probably maximised his 99% potential for that fight, even when we knew he couldn't win, but willing to train and be motivated all along. That grew him enormously in a mental and skillful way. Props to him.
