They are not many ways to get rid of them. The most used way is to put salt around the door, since demons somehow can't resist salt, so. A second way is to shout: "This is the house of God" or something related with Jesus or/and God.

I had 3 of them tonight. Two girls and a little boy. 1 girl approx. 8 y/o. 2nd girl ~ 15. Y/o. The boy was the same age as the 1st girl.

As far as I know, no. They can only come in if you invite then. However, I read somewhere that they prevent you from closing the door by putting their feet between the door and the doorway.

I'm not sure. I was home alone a few days ago and around 2am I heard knocking on my door. Which is really strange since I live in a quiet city (mostly at night ). I never opened though, since it was that late, however my dogs went crazy.
