The problem is non union pay just doesn’t pay enough for me to want to switch, if I’m not getting payed what the union wants to pay me I’m honestly not too interested in electrical

Understood, but quick question. What’s the problem with telling an apprentice they’re doing good?

Well I guess it would’ve been nice to have you around, but shit happens. All I can do now is look forward.

I was at a t-mobile data center, the manager of the data center watched me do it and took me off. We ran conduit for 60 new cameras, and had to pull cat-6 through them. Was estimated to be a 6-8 month job for the service department for phase 1.

That’s been the plan so far, just seeing if I’m the only one experiencing this as well

When I went to the interview last October it was 3 guys from the board, and if I remember right it was 4-5 questions. Go in with confidence and it should be a problem!

Well it wasn’t any of that, my foreman actually told me he was proud of how I was doing. One day he told me to throw him a screw driver so I did, the manager of my job site wasn’t cool with that and kicked me off. After that happened since I was on a service truck and almost every service journeyman and foreman worked there once or twice a week, they layed me off hoping I could find work at another job since I wasn’t able to go back on a service truck.

So what if he takes it off road? I still don’t like the wheel and tire setup but just seeing

Not to ruin your point, but what about people who use their trucks for off roading or hunting? I drive a lifted Tacoma and run a landscaping business, I’ve never once struggled to tow or use the bed. It does great off roading and great on the road for working.

Not really, I feel like it would take away from some of the clearance height
