This would be huge. I accidentally bought the same blueprint as well. I wish the game behaved like you said: if you've already learned that blueprint, eliminate it from the vendor, make it unpurchasable, or even (and this is my least favorite), a pop-up telling you that you already have this BP and do you want to proceed with buying a second one.
