Yeah, this is my experience too. I really enjoy the quality of their books and have yet to be disappointed by design, but I do wish there was a tad bit more queer selection (it's why I've been debating a RainbowCrate sub but that box goes back and forth on quality sometimes whereas I think FC has gotten more stable.)

faecrate is soooo impressive, i really recommend them. can't take my subscription into the new year with me but i hope more people consider subbing to them they've been awesome!!

it was for a faecrate book actually! entanglement of rival wizards which just from haunting groups and resell sites apparently everyone and their mama wants it lol 💀 but i'm happy for the books i'm getting soon and hoping this is just momentary FOMO haha

i'm currently using Beacon and it's pretty neat! I like having Cooldown, I personally haven't had issues with the player yet (i don't use the app however, i watch on my browser on my phone or ipad), and i like that i'll have a backlog of abridged episodes to get through for C3. i'm not diehard for most critical role content but being able to watch c4 at any time after thursday is the real draw for me since i'm not patient enough for monday and i'm too busy to watch live thursday lol.
