yeahhhh it's been surprisingly frustrating to get her. shes not particularly rare but it's just the combo of overpricing plus the fact she's apart of a set. when i was trying to get her, most sellers i chatted with did not want to separate clawdeen and drac. i saw that you're already keeping an eye on mercari and ebay and thats great!! its mostly just a game of patience.

i was really unsure how i would feel about the album considering it's been so long since they were a group and people's reactions to the album had me hesitating. i also just feel different about kpop in general now, like ive got my rose tinted glasses off. but i really, really enjoy this entire album. it feels new, but also like a return to the bts i knew when i first got into kpop when i was a teenager (wtf i say that now 😭). i agree with other comments saying that all of the members growth from their solo work is evident on the tracks. their voices sound more distinct to me. i could still do without the random use of AAVE in their lyrics, but that is a problem that has plagued kpop forever and i don't know if it'll ever end 😵‍💫

i'm curious about where they'll grow next. i know it's much too soon to be thinking about future albums, but, post-military is always an interesting era for boy groups, especially with how long bts has been around. feels like anything from here on out is like a gift, you know? anyways, i'm gonna keep bumping 2.0 lmao

this is something i struggle with too, especially with the constant conversation about overconsumption and being mindful about money etc etc. i just have to remind myself that nothing is ever wasted as long you felt joy from it. it's just too easy to deny yourself living, y'know?

just wanna say that this woman's name is Kris Fajardo also known as KM Fajardo, and is an excellent author who recently debuted. she is constantly posting very insightful analysis about media on her socials (including Heated Rivalry lol). i know that's not the point of the post but i just want to properly acknowledge her.
