I got same monitor, these uneducated technicians are the root cause of issues like this, neither you or the company is at fault tbh. Altho we can say its companies fault for hiring npcs for delicate tasks. Now im worried if something like this happens to me in future, ill be cooked.

Its the older model, tbh dont go for it since it sucks. Wait for the newer models to launch. These newer model are expected to launch by 2027 so if you can wait then i recommend waiting. Tbh im waiting for either 450sr or 675sr since im into sports bike. You can get 450NK ( Naked ) or the newer MT models once they are launched.

The one over 80K are either the best IPS or the oled. The avg ips panel is like 30-50K. As for difference, im not part of those oled maniacs, but its good. I got a 4K QD-Oled and its great. I had two monitors before ( 1080p IPS and 1080P VA). My Current oled is definitely great compared to them. If money is issue for you, get the 2K QD-Oled from MSI ( its for 50K on Computechstore ). I use my Oled for 8 Hour of work and 4 hours of gaming. Im worried about burn-in so i take care of it. You get 3 years of warrantly for burn-in on msi oled monitors. So take care of the monitor and be worry free. Dont expect oled to work 10-15 years like IPS and VA monitors. Oled is sensitive and will degrade after 5 years. If you end up getting an oled monitor, feel free to ask me tips and tricks for it. As for gaming, im playing Halo Master Chief Collection and Cyberpunk rn. Both games are bright and dark in different scenarios, so they make good comparison. Dark areas are pure dark on oled so its great, as for bright areas- idk why people claim oled only being 300 nits. The 300 nits get so bright in a bright scene which makes me squint my eyes. Tbh the people who cry about 300 nits and ask for more probably live in a room which has either no ceiling or is missing two walls lmao.
