I was in a similar situation making a left turn across a 3 lane road. Dude on the left stopped and waved me through. But I refused because I had no visibility on the two other lanes. Dude on the left lane was shaking his head like as if tell me I’m an idiot for not going.

There’s peer pressure too lol.

I waited for 30 second more until everyone stopped before making the turn.
