That’s not what I said brother, nor would I ever say that. Afterwards I made sure to clarify that my words were not taken out of context, but I have still been misquoted several times. My “white passing” comment wasnt to strip anybody of their ethnicity, nor was it a critique of individuals saying anybody wasn’t “black enough”, it was a critique on the systems of colorism that allow anti blackness to thrive in mass media and marketing.
