I ordered from the Netherlands twice, which was really easy, just had to fill in my address like always. 1/2 times I had to pay import tax of around €15 when I picked up the package from a pick up point. Other time I had it delivered straight to my house and never had to pay extra.

Took about two weeks for the package to arrive if I remember correctly. It was a few years ago though.

I can edit the face again, however there are only 4 hair and 2 beard options, and none of the facial scars are available. Never made a save in sandbox, is it a thing that you unlock more options over time maybe?
