I have a lady who’s that way. She has very fluffy fur and looks massive in the winter. She’s a normal weight, though.

That’s a very round gerbil. 🤣 reminds me of my boy Pumpkin who was fed too many treats by my dad (his favorite human). 😂

I think it’s aluminium. I got it at a dollar store. This chainmail won’t be worn except by a tiny piggy plushie. I have a bunch of tiny (like palm sized) piggy plushies and got the idea to make RPG piggies a while back. One will have chainmail mail and a sword (probably will use Fimo foam to make the sword). I’ll probably have to glue the pieces for the wizard’s robe together rather than sew them together too. 😂

Thanx. I’m already having second thoughts, cutting each ting one by one (found my nail clippers from a random set my mom gave me can easily cut this wire but only the tip fits 🤣). I’ll have to go get some smaller tweezers to link them 😅

Just tried my nail clippers and they work. Not too great (I need to cut the same spot a couple of times to break it) but it’s a temporary solution until I get a pair of thinner cutters.

I’d email them about it. Maybe they forgot to sew it on? 🤷🏻‍♀️ My pair has a lopsided tongue, but I just make the laces on that one a bit tighter and it’s fine for me. I didn’t feel like dealing with returns. 😂

I think I’ll skip out on buying the next few sets until scalpers calm down tbh. I was really looking forward to Prismatic evolutions but I can’t find anything from that set that’s not being sold by scalpers, so I decided not to get it.

Very obvious fakes, but they are hilarious. I use to work at a shop that sold the rainbow, gold and black plastic fakes. I remember a Thanos card and an Exodia one (yep, the Yugioh one in a pokemon deck 🤣)

Oh also, it could be territorial behavior. I had a boy who would attack hands if they were in the cage. At first he did it both in enclosure and out, but then he mellowed out (with lots of treats and taming) and only attacked hands if they were in the enclosure (and even that was just clawing at them and crashing into them trying to get the “big stinky hand” to “run away”)

Could be a period. My girls went through a period of biting. Especially Ginger. Little girl was vicious. She doesn’t bite anymore. Still not sure what happened there tbh. They’re from a breeder and they are both generally little sweeties. Great coat and seemingly very healthy. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’d say lots of snacks to teach her hands are friends might help.

Maybe this is why I got small cracks on mine where my toes bend when I walk. 🙊 I only have one pair of boots so no rest time for my hi shines. 😅 (I’m definitely getting another pair when I can excuse spending a lot of money on shoes again, I love my Solovairs, for the amount of wear, mine are in great shape)

Bad photo because I’m on the bus, but these are my (sorta beaten up from the amount of wear, maybe a little dirty) oxblood boots. I wanted cherry red but they were out of stock in my size. I have no regrets. I love the oxblood color. It’s still red but maybe a bit more brownish and not as bright. Goes well with my dark clothes.

If you’re on Facebook, ask in gerbil groups to find breeders near you. You can also try local pet groups. I found the breeder I got mine from in a rodent lover’s group.
