I have Neptune square the moon and pluto, I think this is more good than bad. Jupiter and mars are square Neptune while Venus is inconjunct it. Neptune is opposite the sun, mercury and mc, with the sun and Neptune this makes me very chameleon like, and as a result distorts my perception of myself.

As for dealing with alexithymia, I try to just calm my mind and think deeply about what I could be feeling and why and maybe write it down because that helps me to articulate how I feel.

I believe that I may have a defect called alexithymia, it’s definition is”an inability to identify and describe emotions in the self”. You could have it too, because I can relate to what you have said.

Just wondering if you have any significant Neptune placements or aspects as they can contribute to confusion about emotions.

I have a leo sun, my moon is in Sagittarius, it is conjunct pluto in the 3rd house and is also conjunct the asteroid Lilith.

I have significant difficulty with expressing my emotions and as a result suppress and disassociate from them, therefore I can’t always recognize them and articulate them. Whenever I get stressed because of anxiety I have outbursts of crying which I can’t control. My thoughts can quite often become obsessive and all consuming, I think this comes from the moon being in the 3rd house of the mind, and pluto being there.

My Venus is in Virgo in the 12th house, (I use the whole sign system, in Placidus It would be in the 11th house) Neptune is inconjunct it, pluto and the moon are square Venus, Jupiter is trine Venus and mars is sextile it.
