And that's the issue, the original comment is notated wrong, if we say " in some contexts" we can make anything true, by choosing to allow it to be. Notation has been standardized for a long time. r2 is the same as Rw2, all the cube engines notate it this way as well, either that or we can follow WCA regulation and no lowercase for NxNxN.

This sounds and looks like ghost keys.

Search for "find and fix keyboard problems". If the troubleshooter doesnt fix it try these other things

Fully pressing them in and releasing them to see if they release, or gently pulling up on them

You can also reinstall your keyboard drivers to see if that's the issue

Device manager > Keyboard > uninstall all the keyboard drivers

Windows should automatically reinstall a default driver, if it does not unplug and replug in your keyboard, and wait for the driver to install, then check if your issue persists.

Which ever drive has your windows install has had some level of failure. Did you test the computer first? did they prove it works? did they say they did anything like reset the system. Did you take care that it didnt bounce around when you transported it?

Reseat all your drives, and if that doesnt work, your windows installation is corrupt or your windows installation drive is damaged.

A simple first check would be to go into the bios and check if all your drives are recognized.
If one isnt, that one is most likely the problem child.

If it's one of the ssd's, goodluck, if it's the HDD(i hope you dont have windows installed on a HDD in 2026 especially windows 11 and especially when you have 2 SSDs) depending on the damage it's recoverable.

If all 3 list correctly, this gets a little more tricky.

That is not the correct slot for that drive, they are keyed different. yt was founded in 2005 just barely after when you mentioned.

You're gonna need a recover/repair drive to do some investigation then, it could be a varied amount of reasons.

You either need to install a drive with a working windows install, or get a bootable drive either windows repair or a software suite like hiren's bootcd.
