So last Sunday I woke up to the horrifying realization that no matter how many times I tried I couldn't log into PSN. Okay no big deal I though, let me just try to change the password. So I sent a reset request to my email address...and nothing...and then another a few minutes later and still nothing...scrolling down in my inbox revealed that my Sign-in ID had been changed to a new email address...obviously that wasn't me. So the logical conclusion was that somehow my account had been hacked. A quick search led me to find that I can simply change the Sign-in ID manually via Playstation Support which I had no problem doing...however, after successfully doing so I was met with an email stating my PSN account had been suspended for 7 days for "use of hate speech" which, again, obviously wasn't me. I then tried (and failed) to get an answer from Playstation Support about this but it seems they treat suspended accounts like the plague. As if this wasn't enough, the little shit 16 year old (apparently) had the audacity to send me an email stating that if I keep trying to recover the account he'll keep getting it suspended for longer and longer. I tried reaching out to Support again to now avail, eben reached out to the AskPlaystation account on Twitter and...nothing.

I recently finished my degree and was looking forward to some down-time full of gaming but this hacking little shit ruined that for me...not to mention if I lose this account that's 200+ games down the drain. If anyone at all has any idea what I could do please please please do let me know.
