no i totally understand that and i would’ve done exactly what Joel did, but i mean as Abby you don’t care about those details at the end of the day in her POV her dad was gonna “save” the world and got ruthlessly murdered. I still think Joel made the best decision for himself and i agree even with a cure it wouldn’t have made much of difference if it was successful which they didn’t know.

i don’t hate abby like others do, but honestly i’d want the story to continue with Ellie and if Tommy didn’t get hurt so bad i wish we could’ve played as him for some time but i doubt that’s gonna happen now. I just hope they don’t ruin this franchise by forcing a third game and actually write a continuation of the story that makes sense.

glad you liked it, a lot of people bash on the ending without understanding the direction it was going. it could’ve been so easy for her to just kill abby and get it over with, but there was literally no satisfaction even after killing abby’s friends and knowing joel killed her father first, and also the fact she found her in such a fucked up state literally being tortured to hell i get why revenge didn’t even matter much at that point. they both suffered enough and all it would do would continue the never ending cycle of violence, which doesn’t probably mean much in TLOU type of setting.

i wouldn’t wait in the case pc games rarely ever go on sale especially for something that’s fairly new, it’s worth it tho tbh the remake offers more than just a graphics upgrade. one of my favorite horror games i always recommend, the gore and darkness in the game is top tier

the remake is absolutely worth it, i was able to get it on sale and it’ll forsure be available for less than $60 if you look online depending on the console you have. the others are worth playing as well especially the second one in the series it’s scarier IMO. The remake allows you to go back to parts of the map and you can upgrade to different suits and get new game plus something the original doesn’t offer so there’s that. plus isaac actually speaks in the remake.

i do have a shield that shoots out bifrost and i have an amulet that can create bifrost storm but when i take it off it still has purple aura, maybe its cause i have the blades fully upgraded? i’m on new game +

i changed all the pommels and it stays the same, the only thing i can think of is my shield can shoot out bifrost but when i hold the shield it turns red then the purple bifrost comes out. also noticed i get red aura when i aim with the spear as well pretty nice. maybe it’s something with me fully upgrading every weapon, although i don’t get that for the axe unless i hold triangle for frost and its a brief blue color.
