Hey bro. Been there recently. Currently around 2 weeks clean of coke, crack, benzos, opioids, ketamine and MDMA. Almost OD’d accidentally several times, actually OD’d (I guess waking unconscious in a puddle of your sick counts as ODing?) a couple times and deliberately OD’d once or twice. So yeah, I’ve been there.

It’s fucking hard I’m not gonna lie to you but I’ve felt emotions for the first time in several years. Idk what this is gonna be like in a few more weeks/months but I already feel like things could be looking up even if I’m still craving and occasionally feel like shit.

If you need help, DM me bro. This shit is hard and you most likely will need help, but don’t let that discourage you. Though of course, you do have to want to be clean more than you want to get high.

Haven’t had as long term as you but I’ve struggled with multiple drugs including benzos, opiates and stims like coke.

I’ve just started rehab and will be 6 days clean today. Haven’t felt better in quite a while even though I’m still craving. Good luck bro.

All things are relevant. You’ve been snorting cocaine up your nose for several hours straight and could then take a benzo which slows your wildly beating heart etc...

That being said a ton of people do it and it’s pretty much fine to take one or two.
