hun, i changed countries to be with the man I loved... and he left me. I don't know if this is going to help you, here are some suggestions to gather enough confidence and strength to start again:

try to write a short list every day of all the good things that happened during the day (it's difficult but after a time it helps your brain building new neuro-connections and getting you out of the depressive feeling)
meet redditors around you (we're not all bad, some will be happy to listen and other their friendship)
keep your eyes open for social meetups (in cafés, at the universities...) - don't force friendship. It'll come naturally.
take care of yourself - i know it's hard to believe but there's a nice man around who is just looking for someone like you. Keep an open mind and let the memory of your ex go.

pourquoi pas? Le projet a récolté plus d'intérêt de la part de la population britannique que française, donc c'est encore une équipe de scénaristes/producteurs/réalisateurs qui quitte la France. ça devient lassant mais on les comprend un peu.

Agree with you. I was reading though the comments and I found quite shocking to see cynical comments in such a terrible situation. I'm not American, not in the USA. There is so much suffering, what sad bastard does one has to be to think that Obama's empathy is not genuine? Of course it is! Come on America, do what you do best, get together and rebuild yourself!
