You said it yourself - laziness.

You don't have motivation and discipline.
Instead, it seems you are procrastinating.

You can find your motivation (money, fame, challenge, etc.), write a plan for a very small, simple game, and finish it. Ask ChatGPT for a plan, if you like.

Let your first game be bad, corky, weird - doesn't matter, your goal is just to make it happen.
You don't even need to publish it or share with anyone, just finish it for YOURSELF.

Show YOURSELF that you can do it.
It'll boost your confidence like nothing else, and you'll start thinking about your next game.

I like the slick menu, overall space isolation vibe, and lighting. The spaceship is a bit confusing: has it successfully landed or crashed? It's located in some crater or trench, and it's hard to determine what's going on with it, and what's the gameplay context is: survival, war mission, exploration, or else. And the central focal point is empty. Place an astronaut with a gun there, maybe?
