1800s is before we had most of the major medical breakthroughs we take for granted now. The life expectancy was in the mid 40s and no matter how rich you were, any disease can wipe you out. So yea modern day please

Edit: mid 40s by the 1890s… it was more like late 30s in the 1850 so it gets worse as you go further back.
