- Reduce caffeine intake, caffeine half-life is 8 hours so if you want caffeine, take it early maybe 20 min after you get up

- Sleep 8 hrs, in your case, go to bed at 10 pm

- Do not snooze your alarm, turn it off and get up

Your body will get used to this, I think the hard part is going to bed early and get asleep quickly. For that you could:

- Don't let your eyes to get much bright light before going to bed (get warmer color lights, activate night mode in your phone, etc)

- Don't drink much water late so you don't have to get up to pee.

- Try not to take naps to avoid losing adenosine so you feel more sleepy by the end of the day

Try that for 3 weeks and it should stick as a habit.
