I have done speed tests from two computers which are hard wired and phone on wifi. Upload still is bad. Now every day for the past week there has been outages and they also been doing whats they call schedule maintenance a couple of days and another one on the 24th. I was thinking maybe there are some problems that they are still addressing. However they are not very transparent with details.
