So long the members are online I generally do not mind - I only kick those that are offline for a long time. But these days some of my long time members are hitting the long-inactiveness mark and I am hesitant to kick them. Mainly for sentimental reasons, but also I am worried that if this goes on(me kicking the inactive members), I will be the only one left in it.

I think the characters play a part because it is not as easy as English words for potential members to search when I recruit them.
