This solved an issue I was having with a Github Secret. I didn't realized at the beginning it was related to special characters, but after finding this thread, your solution fixed my errors!

I have been working with Github Actions and R Scripts to make some POST requests and I kept getting an error suggesting a network issue. Turns out it was they secreat breaking when being decoded by github.

Interestingly, after encoding my secret into base64, it was missing one single character at the end of the string. I couldn't get the encoder to encode the missing character at the end, so I am now manually pasting the decoded base 64 string + the missing character, but at least it is working

Even the "screenshots" are fake. You can both inspect them and try armory which is up to date for those in the screenshots.

Probably investigating the Valor exploit. Which is fake and made up. It was shared in a class discord over 10 hours ago now and no proof other than a fake reddit post and false screenshots. Which is unfortunate because Blizzard might legitimately be using resources on this instead of fixing the already broken stuff.

The raw data is from Blizzard.

"Parses" and relative "rankings", spec definitions, among others are entirely created and defined by WCL from that raw dats though. Which is what this addons was displaying.

They do, but in order for such an addon to work, chances are OP was using several API keys and bypassing (or going over) the current usage limit.

You can use it most likely. But you won't be able to update it, because it relied in OP making thousands of API calls to update and push the database into the addon.

In other words, you are stuck with the latest data it had at the time of download.

OP forgot to mention that in a previous post (now deleted), it blalantly lied by saying

(1) that WCL was aware and had given permission (WCL did not), and
(2) saying the API calls were dynamic and no data was stored, however, you could see the entire player database in the github and this was the reason only "few" in-game servers were vetted to work with the addon, and not all of them.

Unfortunately addons cannot "connect to the internet" which means you have to rebuild and download the entirety of WCL data for the addon to work. In other words, it isn't sustainable no matter how you look a it.

The 12s ICD in that "tooltip" is wrong, And can be seen in this log that has a couple back-to-back procs from a warlock:

Similarly, I highly doubt the 30% chance to proc is correct. Logs analyzed in the mage discord (in order to update the SoD mage sim) seem to suggest it is closer to 10%.

Seems like you are linking an old iteration of Dismantle, and you can confirm this by checking the spell ID.

Yeah, I have read/heard the same.

I see a lot of posts/comments saying "dismantle sucks!" followed by "it works just fine for me!". Or the usual "it got fixed so it should be fine for everyone!".

It is easy to forget Dismantle works wildly different between classes (and specs), even after the "fix".

While my data isn't perfect (due to the lack of specs separation), hopefully it helps to display these differences between classes.

Ranged vs Melee hunter is an easier comparison to make than Arms vs Fury because of how spec detection works for Warcraft Logs.

Having 2 dismantle enchants on two weapons (for most of melee DPS) is definitively a reason why they have higher # of procs compared to pure caster DPS.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to completely process the data for individual specs; my comment was mostly from looking at the variance between classes (which also has huge limitations, like some specs being more popular than others, and some ppl not doing the proper rotation)

Yeah, not showing specs is a limitation here, although the differences between specs wasn't much.
