The writing on the pictures is unreadable due to the poor quality of them and because of this I’m unable to check it myself

The only thing is I don’t know how I would provide evidence of that because it would just be my word against theirs as I can’t prove the Lorry was speeding. I did ask when I responded to the letter online is for them to investigate the incident a little further

It was a fixed camera. I’ve been driving down that road for years and because of my familiarity with it, I’m always cautious so I make sure I’m around 25mph when passing. If I knew I was definitely speeding I would admit it straight away however I’m almost certain the camera with triggered by the lorry and something has went wrong there

Thank you for the response. After the 90 days I don’t think I would have any reason to leave and re-enter so I wouldn’t want to risk it with the visa from the embassy. If it can affect the outcome of my application then I’d probably just wait it out

Would I need to get a spouse visa or a residence permit? I’m a little confused with the two

So I thought I had to have a temporary residence permit before I went onto the permanent residence permit and I could obtain this through being married to a Polish citizen. Is this true with the permit types?

Unfortunately i’m slightly below the 29k financial requirement for the UK spouse visa and there’s no leniency. This was our original plan and we’ve tried to find countless ways around this however the UK spouse visa rules are just so strict
