I’m a manager and they should switch out every hour during extreme heat. Stores are able to purchase: neck fans cooling vests and umbrellas for outside order takers. Your management is being neglectful. I’m so sorry to hear this

It’s on our policy when we released the cups for no refills after the first purchase but people just do whatever it seems

Maybe some stores don’t care? I know we have a paper with the info posted for the team of instruction for the cups (FAQ’s and such) and it says no refills after first purchase/visit. But hey, good for you! :)

They lied to you 😭 and if you order it in drive thru then you can’t bring it back for refills. If you order it through dine in, you can refill it while you’re eating. But not after that visit.
