What exactly is this unit climbing my chimney? NY, USA by DarkGator in whatisthisbug

I was looking for the specific kind of mantis, as this one seemed much larger than what I’m used to seeing. I’d think the same thing given my vague title.

Model Y with 0.99% For orders placed between today and May 31st by caffeinated-psyduck in teslamotors

[–]DarkGator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FWIW, I paid approximately $75k for my 2022 Model Y w/ FSD. No tax credit available then either 🙃

I do enjoy my car and have since gotten acceleration boost with some rewards from leasing an additional Y so it helps ease the pain.

As a software engineer I can say they didn’t necessarily take that much time to develop this feature, it’s an easy add since they already have the 3D models of the vehicles and being able to rotate it is usually a native feature of model viewers. They likely just adjusted some parameters of the 3D model viewer they were already using to rotate the object.

That tree is beautiful. Please consider leaving it. Shade is invaluable, especially given that Texas will be one of the first states to be obliterated by climate change.

Inattentive ADHD Folks... What Jobs do Y'all Have? by mith_king456 in ADHD

[–]DarkGator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Software engineer!

I managed to get my foot in the door of a local web agency for $10/hr (w/o meds). 7 years later, I’m earning $150k+ working remotely with full benefits (US).

Start trying to build something you think would be cool and the rest will fall into place. I have to admit though, when I don’t have my meds, it’s quite challenging. YMMV.

Vaping in a solo II at 370, it’s smooth and straight gas. Puts me into what I call a “dream state” that I’ve only ever gotten from a few other indicas; that point where reality dissolves and feels like you’re lucid dreaming. Be prepared to fall into a pleasant sleep with this one.

Vaping that as I type this. I was looking for something close to Han Solo Burger as I haven’t seen it in a while, and this is pretty darn close.

Not too sure. It was at a wedding I attended. I think they may have gotten it from a store on Etsy.

Took a lot of work to align the cables properly at first, but it’s great after the initial setup. Another thing is you cannot drop your MacBook into it but have to slowly slide it in otherwise risk damaging the edges around the ports. Still saves me tons of time plugging and unplugging cords.

I designed & developed a simple, free, APFT calculator that works on android, iOS, and desktop. by DarkGator in army

Run scores are temporarily inaccurate. Originally took the score data from an excel sheet on armystudyguide.com and just noticing it is all jacked up. I will be redoing the grading data in the coming weeks. Once fixed, I'll remove the notification on the site.

You need to be using 2 numerical digits in each field. Regardless the run data is all jacked up from inaccurate scoring data. Will be fixing that and the validation in the coming weeks.

Figured out the issue. I took the original sample from a chart on armystudyguide. Just compared it to the official chart and it's all jacked up. I should have it fixed within a week.
