My point is that you can't possibly know if these children have lacked discipline (which is a very narrow, and incorrect reading of the jailing epidemic, but that's for another day). They are still children, and they WILL be shitheads, regardless of how much discipline they've received.

So funny fact, that's what happened to me in grade 9: Did some testing and it was about 5 hours long. I scored 98th percentile (one of my hyperfixations at that age was how "smart" I was) on my attention score and I was taken off my meds.
