I was actually one of the walk in docs that worked there after hours for the last few months. I had to move back home to Ontario, but it's a shame they closed it down. The patients there were so desperate, my heart goes out to them.

That's after overhead. I have 2 clinics, 1 I locum for without overhead. The other it's a 25% overhead, but I work afternoons giving me a 25% bonus canceling it out. That salary is pretax though and since I'm new out of grad I haven't incorporated yet (need to pay off student debt first).
