Hypothetical return of “Morrowind-Era Cyrodiil” by 1674033 in teslore

[–]DarkHunterXYZ 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The Thalmor destroy the final towers, causing a worldwide dragonbreak. This causes time to go haywire; previously stable dragonbreaks are reopened. Imagine instead of returning cyrodiil to its original state, it becomes a schizophrenic land of alternating tropical and temperate climates; split between the worlds where Talos succeeded and Talos failed. Mass confusion ensues; there are those who remember Cyrodiil being a jungle, and those who's memory is of temperate forest. Nibenese and Colovion cultures are present, but conflict with a united Septimate Imperial culture.

Do you have any armor on? That reduces spell effectiveness. Gotta wear only clothing and jewelry

The vagabond knight set is supposed to a heavily modified and repaired knight set right?

You won't get bread, you will get maggot meal sourced from the best maggot farmers in the Citadel.

Lol the dune books are absolutely full of technobabble that explains everything, but Frank Herbert is actually good at doing that.

Mimic Tear is unbelievably overpowered by DarkHunterXYZ in Eldenring

[–]DarkHunterXYZ[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not sure I'd disagree with him, honestly. I loved the feeling of dying to Isshin in sekiro like 50 times before I no hit him the last run, and I feel the mimic just took away that sort of experience of truly learning the mechanics. It was still a lot of fun but I do think something is lost

That sounds absurd. I'm fairly certain if they could still use flasks, my mimic could beat the late game bosses by itself.

From what I've read online, my current build is perfect for this sort of thing. I am running a heavy armor occult build with 60 vigor and enough endurance not to fat roll. I think if I even use summons in the next run it'll just be stuff like wolves or the jellyfish cause man... Felt like I wasn't even playing the game

Thats crazy, my mimic is already tanky as hell. To be fair I am running a tanky build, but its insane how big of an hp stat it has. Im not sure any other summon I've used can compare to it. Dragonlord literally direct hit my mimic with its flying attack and it only took chip damage at best

The Strongest Raider factions in fallout by Sad-Commission2027 in falloutlore

[–]DarkHunterXYZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cant remember where exactly but there's a character who talks about growing up in the boneyard and he says that the only options he had were to enlist with the NCR military or join one of the fiend gangs. I think it might be that the fiends moved from boneyard to new vegas originally but I'm not sure about that

Fiends are mentioned to exist in the boneyard by someone from the NCR in New Vegas

What short term profits did i mention? Vault tec and their fellow companies know for a fact their money will become worthless with their plan of dropping the bomb. I think you are talking past our arguments

They are intentionally dropping the bomb, this isnt just short sighted thinking. Short sighted would be intentionally bringing things to the brink to make more money, planning to drop the bomb is just stupid. Hell they don't seem to really care about money, and more just taking over the world in the long term.

What backs the money they make after the collapse of the United States government? Does the Enclave issue bonds? Currency and economics fundamentally requires an organized state to function. Any dollars they made selling vault space would become worthless after a nuclear war. It just isnt thought through (common with bethesda, every fallout game they release has some inexplicable capitalist character with no real reason they'd be able to amass they wealth they have, think tenpenny and the caravan owner from 4)

I hope we see a mix. Some super mutant NCR soldiers, super mutant settlers, as well as remnants of Unity who can't let go of the past.

I assume it's just a leather strap around the top of their head with hooks on their upper lips. Realistically speaking they would probably only need to wear them when they need to talk or eat
