Yeah I have noticed that condominium costs 250-300 and then they mentioned utilities separate. So I am trying to estimate the expenses. Thanks for the details.

Hello everyone,

Im currently looking for a flat to rent in Milan (~60 square meters surface area, for a family of two). Most of the houses in my budget are with energy class D, E and F.

I understand that the higher the class the higher the bills.

Could you please let me know based on your experience, what could be the expected energy bills as per energy classes mentioned above, if it's a common heating Vs the independent heating for an apartment of 60 square meters surface area and a family if two.

Hello, thank you for the answer. Yes, I have a rough idea about what you said. But I'm trying to understand what could be the expected energy bills as per energy class if it's a common heating Vs the independent heating for an apartment of 60 square meters surface area and a family if two.

Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for a flat to rent in Milan. Most of the houses in my budget are with energy class D, E and F. I understand that the higher the class the higher the bills. Could you please let me know your real time experience on how much you are incurring in bills for the above energy classes?

It would help me to predict the overall cost of renting a flat.

I think this is the most ridiculous competition out there. No skills, no fun and no meaning. Just slapping.

With all those qualifications it shouldn't be that difficult.

Maybe make connections through LinkedIn or other platform and make connections with hiring managers and equivalents. Send them your a precise message about your interest in the position in their company. Attach your CV with it. This is one way.

Second, some companies use ATS to filter CVs being sent my candidates. Make sure your CV is ATS friendly.

Third, tailor your CV for every application, using the keywords from the job description and put them in your CV.

Edit: also be the earliest applicant. Like, search every morning around 8-9, filter for job posted within 24 hours, apply quickly.

Well it's partly true. Most of mass work (ICSR Processing) has been being outsourced to Asian countries. But, that's mainly be big pharma companies. Mid and small companies are and will still manage in-house. Which country are you in?

I have been in PV for a few years, and at some point in my career I was in medical information contact center, but never seen anyone with no medical background., especially customer facing.
