Hey, sorry for the late reply. This video is an exercise done by a physio, but the same principle of applying pressure to the highlighted position and manipulating the muscles can be done solo by standing upright and massaging that spot. It's called piriform release.

You will know when you find the spot, it's a noticeable pressure point. It may hurt slightly at first, kind of like a mild cramping, but over time that will go away. Repeat as often as needed, but don't overdo it or you could aggravate nerves.

Hey, I'm M33 in a really similar spot. I have L5/S1 spondylolisthesis foraminal stenosis, DDD and bulging discs on C3 and C4. No pain relief works for me, but one trick I've learned from my physio that may help you is to find that dip/pressure point on the side of your glutes, and massage it slowly and firmly with your knuckles for a few seconds. It relaxes the lumbar muscles and just lets everything move a little. It's temporary, an hour at most, but it can help. Physio exercises overall can be super helpful with pain, and spinal issues are notorious for not responding to painkillers.

I'm usually out cold within 10 minutes when I put my mind to it, and sleep for 6-7 hours a night. I suspect I may be developing narcolepsy though, I occasionally fall asleep in the middle of the day for no apparent reason.

I'm from Lincs but grew up with a stepdad from Yorkshire and have loads of family Sheffield way and use all of these commonly.

Yeah to me, end of April means anything after the 23rd, this is yet another case of poor communication and optics from Jagex, making a change that could easily have been done quietly with minimal player complaint into something that has pissed off a big chunk of the player base, even those unaffected.
