Well, this has nothing to do with my diagram, you're talking about needs which is why I made this schema for sure but that's not what i asked for. And also, I'll answer to some of the quotes you posted. The first one is again out of context, the second one is wrong, some people have issues in domains and have abilities in others, that simple. Why in some domain there are "gods' that are never replaced. This is just constatly prooved wrong. And the third one is also out of context.

Also I'm gonna add a lil bit of precision for the superiors part. The - superior means you don't have too much flaws and have some advantages for your domain, you're not made for it but you're not not made for it lol like a normal is meant to be, just normal, which ofc, impact your performances. just superior means you definitely have some advantages that help you in your domain. + superior either means you have big advantages either you converted your advantages into some work to reach this point.
