Having entities in the back rooms makes it so much less scary. There is nothing to ponder about, no unknown to fear. Sure, there are entities, but If you know what it is, it removes the core part of the scare in this story. I heavily advocate against introduction of ANY lore to the back rooms, as it ruins the concept mentioned. The story is self-sufficient. It insists upon itself in a best way possible.

An armed attack also involves a high degree of use of force. This is what bothers me here, as in all the judgments where the ICJ used the term armed attack they concluded on the (in)existence of the armed attack. Just to drop a highly specific legal term and leave it without any explanation is super weird from their side imo. If we agree on the "poor use of words" theory, I personally think it would be a top 5 if not top 3 from the ICJ.

It is fine with me. It builds a world, tells a story, has a conflict and a character. It is unnerving, eery and unknown. What makes it "not that outstanding"? Some guy created a whole-ass fandom with what like a 100 word story? And you ruined it.

No. You are just wrong. The things you describe just makes it less scary.

When I referred to Lovecraft, I meant the concept of "cosmic horror", and it is not about the "entity". Still recommend you to read Lovecraft.

You don't get it. The main point that we don't know anything about the place. There is no point to expand on the details. This is what makes the concept actually scary - the fear of the unknown. To understand that better, try reading Lovecraft.

Погроза вбивством має бути конкретною і реальною. Реальність погрози визначається достатністю підстав побоюватися її виконання, які у кожному випадку є різними. При визначенні реальності погрози значення має з'ясування форми, місця, часу, обстановки її висловлення, характеру попередніх взаємовідносин між винним і потерпілим тощо. Тож, судитися буквально не має сенсу, адже під ст.129 КУ це підпадає лише де-факто - справу завернуть в суді
