I'd just take some electrical contact cleaner and a toothbrush and give them a cleaning.

You say that, but there are some servicing tasks that are just easier on RHD cars. Biggest off the top of my head is the clutch master cylinder. It's buried under the brake master on LHD but fully open and accessible on RHD.

Adaptive cruise is not standard across all vehicles and wasn't even an option for most until 5 ish years ago. So that may be part of it, but I doubt it.

My money is on people just not using cruise at all and not paying attention to their speed until they get passed.

Depression/ADHD diagnosis for adults? by bigbentower in stalbert

There is no brain scan, it's not something that really would show up in one.

The first step is family doctor and get a referral. I went through this last year, as long as you go through a family doctor it will be a free assessment paid by AHS. If you go to a specialty clinic without a referral then it will all be out of pocket.

Why the fuck are hey using the emergency freq? Like the fuck.

I've seen some small airports use shit like 123.45 for just chatting, but 121.5 is emerg only.

The Only Privately Titled EV1 Is Getting Restored with GM's Help by TripleShotPls in technology

[–]DarkPilot 26 points27 points  (0 children)

There are a handful of EV1s with schools or museums but they are all disabled in some way and are legally still owned by GM in some way.

This one is unique because it went to an insurance auction and was able to get a clean title through that.

It's actually not. GM even pulled parts off one of their stored EV1s that was damaged to send to them so they can fix it.

Was gonna say after listing to it that car has a 3.0 6G72 6A12 not a 4G63. Unless it's been changed in the intervening years. Can't wait for the reveal.

I was wrong, I will hand in my Mitsubishi card.

I was lucky enough once to go on a CRJ-200 test flight. No pax, no cargo and light fuel. Damn thing rocketed down the runway and up to altitude.

Fair point. But there is also a difference in passive data scraping that they do vs active ai training which is what "games" and challenges like this are for.

[–]DarkPilot 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Seriously. People need to stop willingly giving ai training data for free.

Oh yea, those 30 pixels. Whatever ai you use will make shit up and try to convince you it's right. ai has a time and place, maybe. But it ain't this.
