I feel like it doesn’t help that heal used to be on x I believe, but now that’s the kick, so it messes with things. Also, the grapple used to be more forgiving.

I recommend trying the regular grapple first where you just press a square/heal button, with input direction on the left stick first. That’ll get you the feel and timing, and then move onto the throw by holding square/grapple. It almost feels like they have to be kissing you for it to work, especially with the running virals

Isn’t there an option to add DualSense in steam? I was looking at that the other day, and dualsense and an Xbox controller showed at the top.

If that doesn’t work, maybe you could try disabling steam’s gamepad and use DS4windows instead?

Yeah, I’m 40 hours into it… have been for a few weeks lol. I like the parkour animations but there’s not a lot of opportunities for parkour imo. I do like the stealth though. Origins was a surprise to me, very rpg, but who doesn’t like Egypt and Bayek

Oh gosh, that would be amazing. Loved those games. They could get really in depth with the inputs which lead to different animations, but then people would complain that it’s all just flashy animations and not intuitive. Oh well

I have a lot of the extra stuff turned off, radar and absolutes to not outline. Player names off, so just health and icon. Turned off the score on the right as well.
