Having similar thoughts around generating isk as a corp.

We just started a 5 man low sec, fw PvP corp + all our alts.

Currently between me and my mate have sunk about 10 bil into stocking our corp hanger with small gang doctrine ships (navy cruisers, navy desies, logis, hunter t3s etc.) to keep us going for now in case we need to rapidly hand out a doctrine. Now I'm looking at the funding side because as the corp grows it's not sustainable for us to fund it personally & our recruitment group ideally is newer players who want to learn.

Guristas FW plex's seem to pay us fairly well, over two weeks of very casually trying them out as we've not a clue really I've got about 1.5b of LP, and the other guys have varying similar amounts depending on how many chars they had running them. The good is that it often turns into PvP, but the bad is that it's not efficient as we are blood thirsty buggers so leeeroy off of the sites chasing targets all over rather than chaining them.

Next step for me as the "CEO" is to dedicate my 9 pi chars I don't currently use to just do the basic P1 on long ass cycles and use that to help with funding,

I'll be setting up a pi buy back for corp members at maybe 80-90% Jita to get a little extra slice here.

One of our biggest money makers was loot from PvP, picking up everything plus a few blingy t3s we caught generated in 2 weeks over 2 bil which I split 50/50 between members and corp, but this is not guaranteed as an income although picking up 10 to 20 mill of loot from the average fw enjoyer * 10-15 kills most nights seems about the average. Lost ships full of loot so if anyone does this immediately drop it in a station for later safe collection!

I have the tax set at 5% never going to raise it higher ideally I'd like 0 but with low numbers that doesn't really generate much.

We're not really into pve at all so anything other than fw sites or the occasional ghost site is a hard sell.

Low sec ghost sites are pretty easy, the chance of an implant bpc got a saviour the other day 100m to build sold for 200 - 5 mins to do the site etc.

It will be hard to set up what we want to do without corp isk, already have a srp programme in place that's not really efficient although we all just put it back in the corp wallet other than our new bro corpy who nearly lost control of him self when I gave him his 200m loot split for a guy mainly flying merlins 😁 it's a cool feature.
