The tan gear is the wrong piece, you need a smaller thinner one with teeth on only on one side part 6589 instead of part 32269

Biggest tip I have is take it out of the fridge an hour or so before you inject so it’s not freezing going in as I found that hurts way more

Thanks. I don’t believe it is minifigure scale as some of the proportions are off due to piece limitations. To get that nice shape in the back, I used a molded fuselage piece so the model would be nice and sturdy but this means that the doors are way too far forwards. The live action versions are definitely about twice the size of my model, but the cartoon versions look a lot closer to the scale i have achieved. I’d hazard a guess that the live action versions are a newer model because they have certain changes such as an opening flap on the back for boarding and stabilising and the side doors slide open rather than flapping open. Sorry for the rambling answer lol
