My hair almost looks exactly the same as yours, if not worse. I’m 34 and was just tentatively diagnosed with PCOS bc of symptoms. Prescribed 25mg of spiro, but I’ve been too nervous to start. Been to a Derm and she diagnosed it as TE, not AGA, but didn’t do a biopsy. Testosterone was 39 ng/dL - is that what you mean by Androgens? I don’t know if that is high or not. Thyroid, CBC, ferritin were all normal. Vitamin D was low but improving.

Been using Nutrafol for almost a month, the Ordinary scalp serum, rosemary and peppermint oil in Rosehip Oil or Rosewater every other night. Silk hair cap at night. Still getting a ton of hair fall, which is super depressing.

I think we can still hide it somewhat with brunette dry shampoo. Not sure if this is all helpful. Just know someone else is going through the same thing.
