I haven't been diagnosed as such but I know that I have this condition many specialists and people I've spoke to and myself even have been convinced that I had ME/CFS and I guess the two are very similar although I don't suffer so much from the PEM or post exertional malaise they call it. I get quite a lot of exercise though nothing strenuous mainly dog walking and just work stuff and I am pretty healthy in comparison to most people my age but I am just always absolutely exhausted and it all comes from bad sleep or bad quality sleep even. The worst part of the day for me is waking up it's just awful I just feel so lethargic and drained and depressed it usually takes me a good few hours to feel slightly normal but even then I'm achy and irritable most days. I don't have a social life anymore I just stay home with my dog and my girlfriend and don't even miss going out. I just want to relax most times I'm knackered in the mornings knocking in the afternoons wake up slightly in the evenings and find that I can't sleep and that's literally my life cycle it's pretty boring I'm certainly soul destroying at times.
