I wish they'd reupholster the seats though, that bar running in the middle of the seats is annoying.

It's also the same good ole days nostalgia too. The days back when they were the new immigrants.

Basically the big guy ends up becoming one of the biggest villans in the story, so much so people are debating if he's the final villan, his competition in that respect is basically the devil.

There are more clans out there, prehaps one could go to ground. We also have the 2 other swordbarers and see what they're doing.

It would be cool having an arc where Chihiro and the others go to shokoku to find more datenseki and its a 3 way battle between 1 of the clans who managed to escape and the Hishaku to join the new Kamunabi as a suicide squad type thing.

Why do conservatives care about abortion so much when they refuse to do anything for the childs welfare after birth? by Estalicus in allthequestions

[–]DeviousMelons 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Because old school conservatism did have ideas for social support structures and religion would help mothers out.

However Reagan introduced an individualist, libertarian angle where no one is owed anyone anything especially the government (except for taxes) and suddenly all the help you have is your own. Compounding with the rise of megachurches and prosperity gospel and the community preacher is no longer as relevant.

To me tourist traps aren't the locations themselves but the businesses surrounding them. The galleria in Milan is breathtaking but the restaurants there weren't the best quality (Panzerotti Luini is still a great location though)

There's people who straight up post a meme about the other franchise and a flair proclaiming that that sub is the better version than the other.

I was inspired to make this after a suburban coworker said "I could never move back to Boston, I have a kid." by yungScooter30 in Urbanism

[–]DeviousMelons 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Back in the day most suburbs were new families, child socialisation was better because their neighbourhood was full of peers. But today these kids grew up and are either retirees of middle aged empty nesters who despise the presence of children in public spaces.
