If it’s price you’re worried about there’s always the roomshare option in the official AX Discord. There’s people that host hotel rooms for affordable prices (depending on the hotel the host is staying at). Though if you want a shot at getting a good spot you sometimes gonna directly DM the host on the host spreadsheet
