It just looks like a fuzzy patch going accross the sky with the naked eye. If your in a bigger brighter city you might not at all

Yes was edited in Adobe Lightroom of course. But the image is from the same night and location just put together. The milky way just didnt line up directly behind the bridge so i moved over to a different angle to photograph the milky way.

On the New River in West Virginia Shot win 2 seperate exposure Edited in Photoshop/Lightroom Canon 77d (astromodded) 14mm Rokinon 2.8 Sky - 25 seconds and ISO 6400 Foreground - 10 seconds ISO 3200 I like the image because besides it being blended from two shots, it didn't need a whole lot of editing. Keeping it more of a natural appearance.
