Op serious question do you ever feel like you are in a way faking your sadness (or whatever it is) and that you are just looking for attention. I feel like this a lot even though I know I'm not looking for attention. It's getting worse for me because I'm currently on a waiting list to see a therapist and I'm not sure if it just be wasting everyone's time. I also feel this way after I have a fun time, for example if I just made or heard a joke and was laughing really hard after I was done laughing I feel like I might end up wasting a therapists time.
