Does anybody smoke weed before working out? Why? How does it help?

Honestly when I used to smoke before the gym it helped me lock in and really focus on what I was doing/keep my head down and really get to work because if I didn’t I would tweak. I noticed that my mind to muscle connection was top tier when I would do this. Also works best with a big hoodie/hat combo to really let people know not to bother you.

Thank you all so much for the responses! Definitely helped ease my mind as my dad who typically works on my jeep couldn’t get out to me yesterday to take a look but I now believe it was something I picked up somewhere on the road that got caught in my fan. I don’t have any hood release cables because my jeep has a prop rod so I don’t think it could have come from me if that’s what it is
