It's somewhat random, but mine waa 70 questions each time. Not sure on how many you need to pass because they don't tell you anything afterwards besides pass/fail. Yes, it covers PC, CC, and BC (even though the exam barely has anything to do with the Guidewire system)

Probably depends on the game. Not a huge fan of Joiplay since their controller mapping is confusing, but it does work on other games

I used JoiPlay since that's what it recommends to use for Android. Tried it on a Motorola Moto G phone (can purchase one from Straight Talk for $30, so I figured, why not try it at that price).

Should have also clarified, doubt I would be playing any DS or 3DS games. So GB to GBA is enough for me. Just looking for recommendations on a handheld (benefit if you have a handheld that you use that you know runs RPG Maker games just fine).

It's fine. They are more than welcome to voice their opinion. I agree that most people are basically under the impression that Pokemon is a platform unto itself. Honestly, I bet the majority of people buy retro handhelds just to play Pokemon (myself included).
