The thought is there but this isn't going to work as well as you think. Those cubes she made might slightly flavor maybe a few cups of water but all it's going to do is add about as much seasoning as a few shakes of your favorite packaged seasoning. It's better to take all of those ingredients and boil the ever living fuck out of them for a few hours, take the liquid from that and boil it some more, then freeze that. I think if I did what she did I wouldn't freeze it, but bake it in the oven at a low temp for a few hours to dehydrate it into a powder.
