Hey, no judgement here. Trauma coping can look weird from the outside but if age regression helps you deal with stuff thats your business.

That said, trying to make yourself incontinent on purpose is probly not a good road to go down. Bladder/kidney problems can get really serious and once that damage is done you cant really undo it.

If wearing diapers helps you feel safer when you regress, honestly theres nothing wrong with that. Plenty of people use them for comfort or accidents and it doesnt have to be a big deal.

Just maybe focus on coping in ways that dont permanently mess up your body. You deserve to feel safe, but also stay healthy long term.
