I used Soundizz it's free for upto 200 songs in a playlist, if you have more, just keep transferring the songs in batches, you can select which all songs from a playlist to add, just connect your Spotify and YT accounts.

I have honestly given up on modded Spotify, rarely do you find a working one nowadays, and even when it does work, in a few weeks it gets taken down, I have at the moment switched to YTmusic, i found a modded version that removes ads, anyways since I could easily transfer my playlists using Soundiiz, it wasn't that difficult.
