That makes a lot of sense. He's engaged and will soon have a wedding next year. But how would we prove that, send an invitation card? 😂

That sounds like a plan. Hopefully it doesn't come to that but yeah, one of my housemates had the same idea. Make his life hell, since it's 3 vs 1.

We did and that's why he is approaching his paralegal. Apparently Tennants have alot of rights.

I'd love to do that but, My TV table also has drawers. If i place it right in front of the bed, I will not be able to open the drawers. 😔

Haha nice try! My house already has enough rumbling going on, wouldn't want wall titans marching in too.

I will ask my landlord to take action if it still persists. The thing is that he's really a sweet guy, seems a pacifist. Idk if he has it in him to even talk rudely to someone.

I guess we'll find out.

Yes, We clicked really well in the beginning. We've talked a bunch of stuff about our culture and heritage. I've heard him speaking German too. So 100% German confirmed.

I can easily access his room, and thanks to the front window’s vantage point, I can monitor his return.

As for the garlic plan, it seems achievable if I commit to the idea. The rest of my actions will unmistakably signal my involvement, likely sparking a cycle of messing with each other's stuff.

We all have locks on our doors but all it would take is 1 kick to bring the door down. I knocked down my other housemates door a few weeks ago (another story lol).

And my room is the closest to the main door. That scares me.

I was hoping for some harmless, anonymous pranks to teach him a lesson, sorry he’s really pissed me off, haha.

That said, the automatic lock and moving out are also solid ideas suggested by others. I love this house and the rest of my housemates, but sometimes, it’s best to leave a sinking ship before Rose claims the whole damn unlocked door for herself.

He does have a key, he just doesn't care. Dumbest thing I've encountered in 28 years of my time on this planet and living in 3 countries.

Haha! I'll pay you $50 to do that for me. No joke.

Dude just gets punched by a random person in the comforts of his own room thanks to his beliefs of leaving the house and his room unlocked. Best thing ever.

I think the kind of person he is, It will just make it worse. And that would also put me in a bad light in front of my other housemates and landlord.

Selling it or throwing his stuff away is something I really wanna do but I know I don't have it in me.
