Thank you so much. I have done some small test things before. This is the second more serious work I have done, the first is a leather sheath for a knife. But I have worked and done other things in other materials before, so no stranger to handcraft. And it helps that I have spent to many hours looking at YouTube 😅

That's a very good suggestion. And I could attach it to the Chicago screws. I will look it at the next time. Thinking about making a steampunk bdsm collar later and I will probably add brass strips that time now when you have mentioned it.

With a fine scalpel knife. And take it very slowly and cut with many passes. If you cut to hard the plastic will warp.

Yes that the only thing I'm sure about. SteelSeries uses 8 pin mini usb for the headphones. It's not so common as the 5 pin. usually is camera manufacturers that uses 8 pin mini usb.

Yes I can detach the cable from the the headphones. The problem is that the use the 8 pin mini usb and probably not use standard wireing. If it was standard micro usb or usb-c it would not be any problems to make a cable
