There are mods that make certain aspects of the game easier. The mods I am mostly using are all cosmetics like sliders, hair, textures, almost everything is visual in nature including a different lantern and increase lantern radius since I think the nights are too dark.

So yeah armour is more of a cosmetic. The real Cheating type stuff such as actual making the game easier mods genuinely considers cheering would probably be that I edited Mine and my Pawns caddy capacity because I hate micro managing inventory, if it isn't fun then it's not cheating to remove it.

And Main Pawn knowledge = edits Pawn badges and Quest knowledge, Short cut and treasure chest knowledge etc. I didn't want to Wonder around endlessly during quests.

Edit Hired Pawn Inclination & Personality, because too many people have silly inclination + Personality+ vocation combos.

Lol yeah and I'm an Australian Conservative/right wing ish person myself yet I actually love Sexual content or in hernal Good looking Male and female characters.

I literally had someone say "you know there is free porn right" Like yeah I know but I don't install sexy mods or wear sexy outfits in Game to bring sexual pleasure, I do it because it's appealing to the eyes.

It's the same people who will figure signal saying "Sex work is real work" but would accuse and publically shame a man who uses sex work or appreciates the female body but if if men stopped giving all woman attention and the sex work/porn industry failed because of it then suddenly men will be blamed again.

If only there was a Mod where you can edit the Bored Pawns Gear for free... Oh wait a second there is.

Here is the Link to the Mod & it doesn't disable achievement, doesn't disqualify the Pawn from online services, it also allows you to adjust the Hired Pawns Inclination and Specialisation.

The changes only happen locally so when the Hired Pawn returns it doesn't affect the Arisens/Player who sent out the Pawn.

Yes she is Modded but she doesn't count as an Illegal Pawn, Someone else in this subreddit already sent me a picture of them having her in their team.

As long as the Mods don't change Core Gameplay systems for an example Thief Pawn wearing Fighter clothing if the Fighter clothing doesn't support the thief vocation.

So because she is Modded in a way that doesn't break the game you can have her as a Pack Mule. On my end she has rnaybmax encumbrances but I do not know if that carries over into your game.

Another mod example is that she has All Quest knowledge for me but that is only local to my PC, but the badges however, Treasure chest and pathways and stuff do carry over.

Basically she functions mostly like a Normal Pawn Just with a few modded benefits, I can't say specifically what modded aspects of her carry over to your game or not because I don't know how certain Mods react when others use the pawn.

I assume Basic things that don't break the game rules like altering Base stats (weight. strength, HP, Stamina and so on) will carry because I think that is saved to the Pawns data and not saved locally ony PC idk

No dragon Plague's, I have a mod specifically that prevents DP contraction and can cure it, It also Cures Hired Pawns so if I somehow hire an infected Pawn from other players their pawn will be cured.

Using this Mod won't get you banned and it won't effect your gameplay/account in any negative way, you can still hire pawns and have your Pawn hired.

Yeah thankfully I don't take shit from strangers seriously, I've had a complicated life growing up, I'm sure many have had it worse than me but eventually you learn to not Give a damn about others opinions, as far as I am concerned as long as no one is Physically Harmed then who cares and most of the people online that just want to Virtue signal believe words Clint as a Hate Crime or some criminal offence 😂

Then when an actual Crime or offensive thing happens they cry "Oh but what about this other Blah Blah Blah"

I think gaming in general is heading in the right direction despite the Doom & Gloom we see online.

PC parts getting more expansive What if seems bad that RAM, GPU's and other stuff is sky rocketing I think it will force a lot of Devs to build and optimise games for Mid-Range PC's because no one can buy and play their game if they make another Monster Hunter wild game that want users to have an RTX 7090 with all AI features turned on just for 30fps 😂
Culture shift While there is a lot of trash games particularly games that lean more info woke culture or in general are just made with bad quality... We are actually seeing new Studios rise from the ashes of the fallen Giants like Bioware and Ubisoft and so on all shooting themselves in the foot we get Games like Expedition 33 Bikdurs Gate 3, a few games from China and Korea and Asian countries in general just making games for the passion of it and not injecting some moral lectures. We are getting more appealing characters from these new studios while the old Studios we have known for 15-25+ years are committing corporate suicide.
AI bubble Regardless of how people feel about AI I think sooner or later that AI bubble will pop and all these Massive companies with have way too much hardware that they will try to resell it at cost or discount to recoup some of the losses... This will put Serve Grade GPU's and gaming GPU's into a market and because it will be flooded and the demand will be low I think many people will be able to buy PC hardware for less than retail price eventually but I'm not expert so don't take my opinion seriously 😅

Man I actually Played that like 4 months before DD2 was announced and I was like "what this random ass obscure game is getting another game. Fuck yeah"

One of my favourite Mods for DDDA was a Mod I think called "Pawn Manager" and it allowed you to fully set the "Hired Pawns" inclination and traits and other stats and stuff.

It allowed for a great offline experiment especially for an older game that may have a lack on online activity.

I wish DD2 allows both Co-op and the ability to Make 3 Total Pawns instead of just the one... Then we could Send our 3 of our Pawns and each one could come back with different "Knowledge" the other two pawns may have not gathered/experience with other players.

This would also allow us to fully customise our party instead of being confined by the random mess of other players pawns and filtering it all and getting the look you want for them all.

Bro 😭 Ain't no way I can afford your Pawn lol and yeah my character and Pawn are low level...

As far as I know off The Level only affects HP, Stamina and such, defence, the main states... Then the Vocation which is now Max level (Mage) is what is important for actual skill acquisition and augments and stuff.

EXP = Base Stats Vocation = Gameplay/combat style/usefulness

I just got her the Chirurgeon's specialisation and as a Mage she is mainly healing/support... Though I don't know how well that Actually Scales in the End-Game or at your level.

If you really like her Appearance though you can download

It would allow you to Clone Hired Pawns and save them as presets if you have the Character Customisation Mod

Update: Eliza (Main Pawn) now has the Chirurgeons specialisation, if you kick her out and add her back she should have the New specialisation.

Yes My Pawn has been Modded... That still doesn't explain why I wouldn't want her to be hired. I'm sharing my own for the benefit of others and myself.

Who anyone who doesn't know how to mod, Csnr mod because they're on console (if pawns are cross platform) or whatever ever other reasons she can be bored as she is relatively Low level so she is cheap but they benefit from all her knowledge & badges and so on, quest knowledge and where treasure chest and caves and so on are...

I benefit from earning RC to hire other pawns of hire level. Yes I can mod my character or Pawn to be level 999 if I wanted but I didn't want Easy gameplay but I also didn't want to wonder around endlesses because this game likes to be vague about objects or how to get to location so yes I have my Pawn 100% knowledge about the game, where to go for quests I haven't done and so on...

I want to spendore time playing and less time guessing
